Why I flip out some days!

Some people wonder WHY I "flip out" some days and get really; really cranky! It's actually simple enough to understand if you have been and seen the crap I've been through since 2005. Actually my whole life since my parents divorced back in 1957, if I think hard. That's when I took my first job delivering newspapers at 4 AM in the mornings in Medford Lakes NJ. My brother (Mike) had been foisted off on some friends to raise him so it was just me and Mom against the world back then. Mom worked killer hours trying to make ends meet and many nights I heard her cry herself to sleep all alone. I took a job delivering newspaper so I had my OWN MONEY so that I would not have to ask Mom for spending cash she really didn't have. Dad went in the military and then overseas to Germany and Mom only got about $25 a week child support through the Military in a Class D allotment. That went for the care of my brother Mike whom I rarely saw until shortly before his death in 1980. He died from an Epileptic Seizure just before his 24th birthday. Let's just say Mike had "issues" in his life that also made it very hard for anyone to live with him. After Mike's death a few things hit me beside guilt that I never really knew my brother in life. The times we had together were great, we were a couple of goofs generally. Right after Mike's birth in 1954, a year later we had another "brother" (Wally). He ended up being premature and was born early. Like at less than 7 months. Back then chances of survival were slim to none. Wally lived one day and then died. I never saw him. But what has bothered me over the years (as my parents marriage was slowly going in the toilet), they buried him and then rarely ever spoke of him, as if he did not ever exist! It wasn't until both my Mother and Father had passed away that I was able to locate Wally's (unmarked) grave near Pitman, NJ. That was about 2001. His grave had to be located by using a "bringdown map" surveyors map of the cemetery because it had now been over 43 years since ANYONE had visited his grave. I made it my business to BUY him a Headstone and mark his grave, something my parents ignored as long as they were alive. And, at my pushing, both my brother now have grave markeds for themselves. Wally at Hillcrest in Pitman, NJ and Mike at Harliegh in Camden, NJ. (Mom has no grave as we ALL spread her ashes in 3 large bodies of water across the United States. Me in the Atlantic Ocean, Cousin Becky in the Pacific Ocean and Aunt Bev in the Gulf, as Mom wanted. But now it is like she never existed, no place to go "see" her, no grave marker, nothing. Maybe some day before I die, I will "buy" a plot locally and put a gravestone on it so Audre will have some history someplace? My Dad "Brock" is in a "box" in Florida currently resides with my half-brother's ex wife. There was at the time money to bury him....no one did....guess the money got used for something else? He's a Vet, he could be buried for next to FREE if THAT FAMILY wanted to do something about it. So, it's something else I grind my teeth about. Then...fast forward through MY LIFE. 4 marriages, 4 divorces, a few bad choices, 7 biological children, 1 adopted and 2 step kids......at one time I was the "go to guy", until 2005. Could I have done things better, most likely. Could the ex wives? Most assuredly! I ended up looking like little more than a "sprem donor" and a walking "check book". I've given up, given away and paid off bills from those marriages in excess of ONE EIGHTH of a MILLION dollars since 1975. And I'm still paying in one manner or another. Financially, mentally, spiritually, you name it. And yes, at least twice now I'm supposed to have died, I'm a tough SOB to kill. But these "happenings" have only made me "harder" AND LESS "FORGIVING" in many ways. It is what it is. So, to digress a little, since my last marriage,divorce, homelessness and bankruptcy, living on the streets I've gotten a little more "judgmental" in many ways. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice, SHAME ON ME! Trust me, I do TRY and be good natured most days, humorous, even a little goofy and pervy...but by all that is holy, I ought to be a WOMAN HATER! I try and blow it off as best possible. I've lived next to total poverty a lot since 2005 and if it were not for four females I dearly care for I'd have lost it a long time back. And yes, I am going to name these Saints! They have bailed my ugly ass out more than once. I will never be able to repay them for ALL the things they have done for me. 1st up is a wonderful woman named Carol Sellers, who I met when her husband and I went to Tech School together back in 1976. Then come my oldest AOL Buddy Trish (Buchanan) White whom I met at an AOL party in Philly back about 1997. Add in Donna Marie Chierici whom I met on Myspace in 2007 when I was almost suicidal, she gave me my manhood back. Finally Ellen Vaughan who I met online shortly after her husband had died and later met in person about 2008. These ladies have been my friends, my confident's, my shoulder to cry on, and yes, they even give me hell from time to time, LOL. May God give them ANYTHING they ever ask for or need. All in all, I have generally had to fight for just about anything I've ever had in life. And now, yes, I live on the edge of poverty most days, but am comfortable with my life generally. I don't ever plan on hooking up or getting married ever again, but when I go to my grave I will be content to face God and say I tried my best all in all. And yes failed many times. These days my kids rarely come visit, some I have not seen in years due to many reasons. And some get pissed if I lay my opinions on them, so be it. Some say I live in the past while they live in the future. I say I have learned from my past and apply it to my future. There is a difference! Put your hand on a hot burner on a stove and get burnt you are supposed to learn, do it again and you are foolish, I've learned this well as I grow older. I still try and give people "3 strikes" most days, but when you finally step on my LAST NERVE, yur out, ALL THE WAY OUT! So..........WHY have I said all this? Because someone stepped on my last nerve today! Well, I've been "off work" the last several days due to issues with my car, it had to be shopped. Repairs were going to run my over $400 which put a real strain on what little finances I have. And, since buses don't run here locally from 2 to maybe 4:30 in the morning I had no real way to get to work. And no, I'm not begging my kids to help me (they usually forget when I help them). Anyhow I got my car back, it's running just fine for a 1995 Mercury. I get to work this morning about 6 AM and get into my dump truck, do my usual stuff before getting ready to head out. Hook up my GPS and check lights and brakes and all. I kick on my CB Radio......NOTHING! No lights, it won't transmit, and won't receive. The CB is less than 6 months old and it's DEAD! It worked 3 days before when I drove it on Monday! I notice the odometer and someone had driven it 200 miles while I was off work. My CB is a Cobra 29 (a damn good radio) and it cost me $160 when I bought it. I've had CB Radios last me 10-15 years before needing to be replaced, I'm very easy on my equipment. I am now SERIOUSLY PISSED OFF! WHO busted my radio? I go to pull out the driveway at work and all of a sudden the right hand mirror assembly falls against the side window too! I pull over (in the dark) and go look at it. The mount is busted off! I dig out some Duct Tape I keep in the truck and tape it up so it half-ass works. WTF caused this? Now I'm running late, I'm totally pissed off and wondering maybe I should just go back home and back to bed? Get a "re-do" on the day? I am seriously SMOKING at this point! I just keep going, I'm running late and my attitude is just all wrong at this point, I want to do serious damage to the asshole who screwed up my truck. Later in the day my Boss calls me to check in on me and I tell him what happened and why I'm pissed off. At first he denies that ANYONE has driven my truck and I press him. I tell him SOMEONE put 200 miles on my truck while I was out. Then he admits he did have another driver use it. I tell him my story and he says to show him when I come in off the road. Later in the day I drive past the "other driver" who had used my truck, he says NOTHING to me. I'm burning mad! To me, he could have at least left me a note saying what happened, but its like nuttin happened. In the afternoon I come into the yard and fuel up my truck, do my other stuff to close out my day. My Boss is no where to been seen. I go in the office and the secretary is there by herself and I relate my story, again, no one knows anything. I tell her to tell the Boss I am really pissed off about now, he was supposed to LOOK at my truck.....he's long gone for the day! So...... the final slap in my face for the day? I come back outside to my car and there are our 2 mechanics changing a tarp on a truck and are shaking off the sand as they remove the old tarp and sand is blowing everywhere. The windows are down in my car and ALL of it is blowing inside my car! I yell out, THANKS FOR FUCKING UP MY CAR. They look at me and then it half-assed dawns on them what they have done, with no apologies made. I get in my sandy car, start it and back up. Drop it in drive and "burn rubber" (actually stone) all the way out the driveway throwing stones EVERYWHERE as they look in wonderment. I have yet to get my Vengence, but trust me, THEY ALL just stepped on my LAST NERVE, paybacks are gonna be a Motherfucker! I'm done being Mr Nice-Guy. NOW ya know why SOME DAYS I go "off".

Yes, there are some U.S. public schools that are still very good and that do a decent job of preparing our young people for their adult lives. But those good schools are the exception to the rule. Hopefully the school shooting that just happened in Ohio will be a wake up call to millions of parents out there. Drugs, sex and violence are rampant in American public schools today. The “teachers” are endlessly pushing specific political and social agendas down the throats of our kids, and the skills that our children really need such as reading, writing and mathematics are often badly neglected. Hopefully we can get more parents educated about what is really going on in these schools. After all, why would any parents want to send their children into an environment that is going to be highly destructive for them for six to eight hours a day? Sadly, “destructive” is not too hard a word to use for the environment in these public schools. I went to public schools all my life, and they were absolutely horrible. Unfortunately, they have gotten even worse since the time that I left them. The following are 11 reasons to get your kids out of the government schools…. #1 You Could Be Arrested For Something That Your Child Does Yes, you read that correctly. If your child writes a story or draws a picture which a teacher or an administrator takes the wrong way, you could end up in jail. The following example is from thestar.com…. A Kitchener father is angry at police after he was arrested at his child’s school and later strip-searched at the police station, all because his 4-year-old daughter drew a picture of a gun in class. “I’m picking up my kids and then, next thing you know, I’m locked up,” Jessie Sansone, 26, said of his ordeal on Wednesday. “I was in shock. This is completely insane.” The school principal, police and child welfare officials, however, all stand by their actions. They say they had to investigate to determine whether there was a gun in Sansone’s house that children had access to. #2 Your Child Could Be Arrested While At School For Just About Anything These Days As I have written about previously, children all over the United States are being arrested by police in government school classrooms for some absolutely crazy things. Just check out the following examples…. *A 12-year-old girl named Sarah Bustamantes was recently arrested for spraying herself with perfume at a public school in Texas. *A 13-year-old kid attending a public school in Albuquerque, New Mexico was recently arrested by police for burping in class. *A 12-year-old girl at a school in Forest Hills, New York was marched out of her public school in handcuffs by police just because she doodled on her desk. “I love my friends Abby and Faith” was what she reportedly scribbled on her desk. *When a little girl recently kissed a little boy at one Florida elementary school, it was considered to be a “ possible sex crime” and the police were called out. #3 Your Child Might Be Bodily Harmed By Security Thugs All over the nation, public schools students are being bodily injured (sometimes permanently) by school security thugs. The following are a couple of examples…. *A security thug at one school in California actually fractured the arm of one 16-year-old girl because she left some crumbs on the floor after cleaning up some cake that she had spilled. *In Allentown, Pennsylvania a 14-year-old girl was tasered in the groin area by a school security thug even though she had put up her hands in the air to surrender to him. #4 Virtually Everything That Your Child Does At School Is Being Put Into A Database Somewhere As I described in a previous article, public schools (in conjunction with the federal government) have become obsessed with watching, monitoring and recording the activities of our kids. According to the New York Post, the Obama administration is planning a vast new database which will collect all sorts of information about our children. Is this the kind of information that you want the federal government to keep track of?…. The administration wants this data to include much more than name, address and test scores. According to the National Data Collection Model, the government should collect information on health-care history, family income and family voting status. In its view, public schools offer a golden opportunity to mine reams of data from a captive audience. #5 Our Kids Are Not Learning Anything In These Public Schools As I have documented before, American public school students are being dumbed-down and millions of them end up dumb as a rock and yet still are able to graduate from high school somehow…. The following are some of the absolutely amazing results of a study conducted a few years ago by Common Core…. *Only 43 percent of all U.S. high school students knew that the Civil War was fought some time between 1850 and 1900. *More than a quarter of all U.S. high school students thought that Christopher Columbus made his famous voyage across the Atlantic Ocean after the year 1750. *Approximately a third of all U.S. high school students did not know that the Bill of Rights guarantees freedom of speech and freedom of religion. (This is a topic that I touched on yesterday). *Only 60 percent of all U.S. students knew that World War I was fought some time between 1900 and 1950. Sadly, we are rapidly falling behind the rest of the globe. At this point, 15-year-olds that attend U.S. public schools do not even rank in the top half of all advanced nations when it comes to math or science literacy. #6 Our Public School Kids Are Being Forced To Take Large Numbers Of Vaccines All over the nation, children that have not received all of the “required vaccines” are being banned from school. Many parents do not want dozens of toxic vaccines injected directly into the bloodstreams of their kids, but in many states today you will not be able to send your kids to the public schools if they don’t submit to the shots. This is just another reason why all American families should pull their kids out of these government schools immediately. #7 Exposed To Rampant Sexual Promiscuity When you send your kid to a government school, you are sending them into an environment where they will be exposed to rampant sexual promiscuity on an endless basis. When the kids around you are constantly talking about sex and joking about sex, it makes it nearly impossible to escape it. What makes things even worse is that the “sex education” courses are becoming more detailed and more graphic than ever. One example of this phenomenon was detailed in the New York Times…. IMAGINE you have a 10- or 11-year-old child, just entering a public middle school. How would you feel if, as part of a class ostensibly about the risk of sexually transmitted diseases, he and his classmates were given “risk cards” that graphically named a variety of solitary and mutual sex acts? Or if, in another lesson, he was encouraged to disregard what you told him about sex, and to rely instead on teachers and health clinic staff members? In some U.S. public schools, kids are even having sex in the school bathrooms. Do you want that to happen to your kid? #8 Teachers Are Having Sex With The Students It seems like almost every single day there is another news story about teachers having sex with public school students. The following are just a few of the headlines that I found from this week…. -” More California Teachers Accused Of Sex Crimes” -” Teacher Accused Of Sex With Student Appears In Court” -” Queen’s Teacher’s Aide Charged With Child Sex Abuse” -” Teacher Caught In Bed With Teen Student” #9 U.S. Public Schools Are Dominated By Radical Control Freaks That Are Teaching Our Kids How To Live Like Slaves The level of control that is exerted over the lives of children in many of our public schools is absolutely frightening. I know that I have mentioned the following example several times, but it is worth repeating because it shows just how far things have gone. One 4-year-old girl recently had her lunch confiscated by a control freak at one U.S. preschool because it did not meet USDA guidelines…. A preschooler at West Hoke Elementary School ate three chicken nuggets for lunch Jan. 30 because the school told her the lunch her mother packed was not nutritious. The girl’s turkey and cheese sandwich, banana, potato chips, and apple juice did not meet U.S. Department of Agriculture guidelines, according to the interpretation of the person who was inspecting all lunch boxes in the More at Four classroom that day. The Division of Child Development and Early Education at the Department of Health and Human Services requires all lunches served in pre-kindergarten programs – including in-home day care centers – to meet USDA guidelines. That means lunches must consist of one serving of meat, one serving of milk, one serving of grain, and two servings of fruit or vegetables, even if the lunches are brought from home. Do you want sick control freaks inspecting the lunches that your kids bring from home every single day? If not, perhaps it is time to pull them out of the government schools. #10 Specific Social And Political Agendas Are Being Shoved Down The Throats Of Our Kids In U.S. Public Schools If you think that the government schools are “neutral places” where all social, political and religious beliefs are tolerated, then you are either ignorant or you are delusional. The truth is that very specific social and political agendas are built into the curriculums of most public schools. Often, these social and political agendas are the same ones that are being force-fed to public school children in other western nations. If your children are attending a government school, a system of “right and wrong” is being pounded into their heads that may be very different from what you would teach them. In one recent New York Times article, a district superintendent admitted that particular agendas are integrated into classroom instruction anywhere that they will fit…. “We’re trying to integrate it into anything where it naturally fits,” said Jackie Taylor, the district’s superintendent. “It might be in a math lesson. How much water are you really using? How can you tell? Teachers look for avenues in almost everything they teach.” If you want to see where all of this is going, just check out what is going on in Europe. In the UK, teachers that don’t promote the “correct agenda” face harsh disciplinary action. Those that control the public schools don’t just want to “educate” your children. They want to indoctrinate them. #11 If Your Children Attend Public Schools They Could End Up Dead Sadly, the school shooting that just happened in Ohio reminds us all once again that this is a matter of life and death. Our schools are not safe and they are becoming less safe all the time. While the odds are not great that your children will actually be murdered in our public schools, the truth is that there is a very good chance that they could be scarred for life by the destructive environment in these schools. Most Americans that have gone through the public school system emerge from it with deep emotional scars. If you have some of these emotional scars you know exactly what I am talking about. The vast majority of our public schools are horrible places. Just ask kids that are going to public high schools right now. Most of them hate it. Sometimes people argue that we should keep our children in the public schools so that they can be a “light” and so that they can be a good influence. Unfortunately, that is just not the reality of the situation. Our kids go there to be taught, and it is the teachers that have the authority. Our children are far more likely to be changed by their teachers and their friends than they are to significantly change the system around them. When you are young and insecure, it can be incredibly difficult to take a stand for what is right when all of your teachers and all of your friends are going the other way. We need to protect our children and we need to put them into environments where they will be safe, protected and will receive a quality education. Poor who owe child support could lose federal benefits By Associated Press, Published: February 26 Thousands of poor and disabled men stand to lose their only income next year because of a change in government policy that will allow states to seize every dollar of federal benefits from people who owe back child support. Previously, states could capture only 65 percent of benefits from people who opted to be paid by paper check. Advocates estimate that 275,000 men could be left destitute as a result of the change. The concern is an unintended consequence of the Treasury Department’s decision to pay all benefits electronically, including Social Security, disability and veterans’ benefits, starting next year. A separate Treasury Department rule, in place since May in a preliminary form, guarantees states the power to freeze the bank accounts of people who collect federal benefits and owe child support. By allowing seizure of the remaining 35 percent of benefits, the rules could cause thousands of poor men to lose their only income. “It’s kind of Orwellian, what’s being set up here for a segment of the population,” said Johnson Tyler, a lawyer who represents poor and disabled people collecting federal benefits. “It’s going to be a nightmare in about a year unless something changes.” In many cases, the bills are decades old and the children long grown. Much of the money owed is interest and fees that add up when men are unable to pay because they are disabled, institutionalized or imprisoned. Most of the money will go to governments, not to the children of the men with child support debts, independent analyses show. States are allowed to keep child support money as repayment for welfare previously provided for those children. In some instances, the grown children are supporting their fathers. The rule change illustrates how a politically desirable goal such as cracking down on so-called deadbeat dads can have complicated, even counterproductive, effects. “The rule doesn’t look at the fact that the money is mostly interest, the money is going to the state, the kids are usually adults, and it’s leaving the payer with nothing,” said Ashlee Highland, a legal aid lawyer who works with the poor in Chicago. Highland said her office has clients in eviction, in foreclosure and unable to pay their bills because of states’ aggressive efforts to collect back child support. Marcial Herrera, 44, has had his bank account frozen repeatedly since 2009, blocking his access to $800 a month in government benefits. Unable to work because of a severe back injury he suffered in 2000, Herrera fell behind on child support. He owes more than $7,000 — not to his 22-year-old son, but to the state of New York, because his son received welfare years earlier. Herrera sought help in court and had his son speak on his behalf, but the judge could not erase the thousands he owed. “I’m just waiting for them to lock me up,” he said. “I don’t see no other way of me repaying that debt.” A legal aid lawyer suggested that Herrera collect his benefits by paper check. It costs him $15 to cash the check each month, but at least he can be sure that he will have money to pay his bills. States have had the ability to freeze accounts for years. That’s why people like Herrera rely on paper checks to safeguard part of their income. Starting in March 2013, that option will disappear. The Treasury Department will deposit federal benefits directly into bank accounts or load them onto prepaid debit cards. Either way, state child support agencies will be able to seize all of it. Electronic payments are expected to save the government $1 billion over the next 10 years, the Treasury Department said. It costs the government about $1 to mail a check, compared with about 10 cents for an electronic transfer. The Treasury Department understands that forcing people into direct deposit could deprive them of their income, say officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the rule-writing process. States can garnish only 65 percent of benefits before the federal government sends them out. But the limit does not apply once the money is in an account and states ask banks to freeze it, according to a Treasury Department memo obtained by the Associated Press. A Treasury spokesman declined to discuss the policy. The officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity said they think the policy is legally unavoidable. They described a dilemma: Restrain states trying to collect child-support debts or risk depriving thousands of people of their only income. Treasury’s legal justification assumes that receiving a paper check is still an option, said Tyler, the Brooklyn lawyer. Letting state agencies seize the money contradicts the public stance of the Department of Health and Human Services, the federal agency in charge of child support collections. The department does not want states to collect child support so aggressively that poor people lose their only income, spokesman Ken Wolfe said. “Child-support enforcement — getting that money and passing it on to parents and children — is a measure to fight poverty, and it doesn’t make sense to accomplish that by impoverishing somebody else,” he said. Wolfe said HHS is developing guidelines for states to “make sure we’re not putting someone into deep poverty as a result of an automatic collection.” He declined to provide details of those plans.

Getting Buff?

Been feeling a little depressed latley, not sleeping like I should. SO I made a few plans on my own to try and overcome this. Started taking my Centrum Silver and Vitamin B12, and orderd some "ageless male" just to see if it helps. Supposed to get rid of tummy fat, give you some energy, and start doing some push ups and sit ups along the way to kinda get my ass ingear. Hell, summer is coming, Id l...ike to look a little "buff" for this summer if I can. I mentioned it to Ellen. FIRST WORDS OUTA HER MOUTH: WHO IS SHE! (ROFLMAO). (Me) I dont have any "she's"! I don't want any "she's" and now we are both giggling. She walks out the door going to the Dollar Store and I'm left thinking. Who the "F" would want me in that fashion anyway, I'm just an ole fart truck driver anymore. But just cause yur getting old don't mean ya gotta get fat and lazy! Sides my next order of business after this is to drink less beer, and cut back on my smoking. Am I going to be made "fun of" for trying to take PRIDE in myself? I'd like to see my "Abs" again and maybe "bulk up" a little, wtf?
